Reminders that our initial reactions to situations and people are not necessarily the truth. Even if they are our truth for a moment, we have control over shifting our feelings to a healthier and calmer place. I have control.

My work gives me value but it should not be my value. I am more than my work.

Balance in my life. Eating well. Drinking well. Walking. Being by the sea. Running. Reading a book in bed. Patting a purring Kitty. A hot shower at the end of the day. Sun on my body. A deep and meaningful conversation. Helping someone be better. Giving. Great music. Dancing. Cooking. Cuddles.

Remaining true to my values.

Listening to my intuition and following what feels right.

Being positive. How to be positive? Don’t listen to the negative voice. Take a break. Go outside.

Show gratitude and be grateful.

Reframe negative situations.

Don’t be scared.

Breathe.
